TYPES OF TOXINS
The expression toxin may be defined as a poison of botanical, animal, microbial or psychical origin. More precisely, they are active substances, which we encounter every day to a greater or lesser extent. They can be found in the air, in food, water, but also in cosmetic products. Others are in our brain. Contact with them is unfortunately unavoidable.
Some toxins are harmful to the body more than others but none of them is definitely prosperous for the body. If the amount of toxins in the body is too high or if the immune system fails to adequately dispose of them, an unpleasant period has started for the body. Toxins acting poisonous to human organism result not only in the number of health problems, but also mental problems. They may even contribute to the total change in the nature of a man, namely by their effects on brain function.
Basic types of toxins:
- Microbial toxins
- Emotional toxins
- Foreign substances (metals, chemicals, medicines, etc.)
- Metabolic toxins (i.e. those produced by the organism itself in the processing of food)
