- Ingredients: 1 tablet of 350 mg contains: lactose, microcrystalline celulose, corn starch, chuchuhuasi (Maytenus macrocarpa) bark extract 8:1 – 20 mg, lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) leaves extract 8:1 – 10 mg, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) seed extract 4:1 – 10 mg, valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root extract 4:1 – 10 mg, magnesium stearate.

- Recommended daily use: grown-ups 2–3x daily 1 tablet. Directions for use: The tablet can be swallowed and drunk with water or dissolved in the mouth.
