MUDr. Josef Jonas is a famous Czech researcher in the field of natural medicine. He promotes modern trends of natural medicine and is an author of the Method of Controlled Inner Cleansing (C.I.C.) of the organism. His current activities, aside from his position in the company Joalis, also include lecturing and publication activity, as well as direct work with clients.
The concept of the detoxification, and especially of the Method of Controlled Inner Cleansing was preceded by extensive study, research, and discovery. Shortly after graduating from the faculty of medicine, MUDr. Jonas became the chief doctor of the psychiatric department at the hospital in Chomutov. His interest in various branches of alternative medicine, however, finally prevailed, and MUDr. Jonas left the field of classical medicine and opened a private office of natural medicine.
Aside from psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, and sexology, he became an expert in many fields of holistic medicine, such as acupuncture, EAV, Vega, functional diagnostics, bio-resonance, Chinese medicine, macrobiotics, homeopathy, shiatsu, or manual medicine. With his C.I.C method, he fused, in an original fashion, the wisdom of various civilizations spanning thousands of years (particularly Asian) with modern discoveries of current medical science. The introduction of this method into practice caused a certain revolution in the general understanding of diseases and their causes. Through this method, he helped thousands of people to eliminate often life-long health problems.
Personal impressions on the health of an individual were published by MUDr. Jonas in many versions, of which the most popular with readers was the "Crossword Puzzle of Life" and the two-piece "Mystery Words of Life". Detoxification, especially the Method of Controlled Inner Cleansing is also discussed in the bestselling book, "Practical Detoxification by MUDr. Josef Jonas". As it relates to other reading interests, the author's cookbooks, which follow from his principles of healthy eating, are equally successful.
At present, MUDr. Jonas, aside from his clients, dedicates his time primarily to further research in the field of controlled inner cleansing and the development of new preparations. He regularly publishes his findings on the web pages of the Joalis info bulletin as well as other magazines; he hosts lectures and seminars both for the public as well as therapists who use his method in practice.
